I cannot fully express my complete satisfaction with Magic Valley Electric, especially the technicians who handled my project, Clayton and Dallin. From the initial site visit, receiving and accepting a quote, and the actual work, this experience has made me rethink the service model of my own company. We hired MVE to replace all the knob and tube wiring in our house, add light switches and fixtures, add outlets, you name it. They arrived on the scheduled date, on time (with plenty of text/emailnupdates and notifications) and explained their implementation plan for the upcoming week. Each morning since, they explain the day's goals and at the end of each day, I am updated on the successful completion of the days goals and the plan for the next day. Clayton (the lead Journeyman) takes the time to answer my questions fully in a way that leads me to believe this guy was born with a smile. One of (if not) the best service-related experiences I've ever encountered.

First, let me say WOW! These guys are the most amazing company, I had a bad experience with someone else, brought my business here and these guys have gone above and beyond and continue to amaze me! Josh (Sales) has taken care of me, followed up with me to make sure my experience is amazing and Tucker (HVAC) delivered a great experience, told me exactly what was going on got the parts ordered before he even left my driveway and two days later he was back to fix my device. These two have guaranteed you to have me as a customer for life, and I will be sending everyone I know your way! Thank you guys so much for taking care of me and going the extra mile, and delivering an amazing experience from start to finish. These guys deserve some big kudos!

Brodie was knowledgeable, helpful and best of all fast. He still took time to explain to me the workings of the fan and some potential problems he may encounter. No problems. BVE was fairly priced and the work was done the same day. Great company and Brodie is a credit to his profession.

Magic Valley Electric was quick to respond, same day, to a sparking electrical issue that surfaced in our home. The receptionist on the phone was very helpful and competent. When Alex and his associate arrived, they were very respectful of us and our home, listened to our concerns, and assessed and fixed the problem. We are very happy with the service we received.

Ran into a seemingly job stopping snafu due to the construction of a wall, but we (the guys and I) agreed that removal of a small square of drywall was the easiest, quickest and as it turned out the best way to assess the situation, and routing of the 50 amp line continued as planned. The other alternatives would have been much more costly and time consuming. Kudos to them for a job well done in a prompt and professional manner.
