The loves that this McD's in is great and well staffed with friendly and good people. The food itself was made quickly and unlike most McDonald's, it doesn't taste like rubber. Good place to stop on a road trip.
Friendly and caring staff. Especially Eric who took my order. You could tell he was smiling under his mask. It was nice to talk with you. Food was hot and fresh.
Very nice new Loves truck center but the McDonald's is a joke. Order 2 hot apple pies and was told it would be 7 minutes, I was in the drive thur so all was good. Got to the pick up window and was told they burned them and it would be another 10 minutes.nnI asked for my money back and after 3 minutes I was asked to park so they could figure out how to give my money back.nnI just left, good luck!
The young lady that took my order was super sweet, she deserves 5 stars, but everything else in 0 stars. While waiting over 10 minutes for my order, 1 employee clocked out of shift with 2 full bags of food, another employee went to smoke a cigarette, and then another employee went on lunch break, so the young lady that took my order, was the only one putting my order together. EVERYTHING was reheated and not fresh. Would not recommend.
