Very friendly staff that does everything they can to accommodate to all individuals that walk through the door. Always greeted when you walk in and say goodbye when you head out. If you are there and don't see staff it because they are keeping the facility at a level of cleanliness that requires constant attention. This is fantastic investment.

Very spacious. Plenty of room to exercise without being in another person's space. Newer equipment. Zumba classes, weight training, crossfit, etc. Great place!

Asked for our families account to be suspended due to covid-19 and having immune compromised family members, they still charge me, and not refund my money. They told me if I want to cancel my membership I have to write a handwritten letter and mail it to them or they are going to keep continuing to charge us monthly for two accounts! Are the kidding me?! They have charged us almost $600 and we've never even stepped in their club since covid. I will update this post as to how they handle this situation. As of now it's sounding more like they'd rather get some money out of you than getting a lifetime customer.

The Body Shop Fitness is a clean and friendly place. I really enjoy my workouts anytime that I go. And the fact that you can bring a guest for only $5 I thought is a great deal.

Rarely crowded, close to home, good place, needs a water bottle fountain, maybe some treadmills with fans. Expensive compared to the valley, but not much.
