So grateful this gym opened in Star, ID! They have a great location, the trainers are so fun and encouraging, classes in the morning and evening plus child care! My little one loves their kids club and momma loves the challenging workouts! Highly recommend TruHit!!nn-Kristin Anderson

Best place to get a complete full body workout in the valley.

I am addicted to TruHitt's workouts and lifestyle. Since I started in May, I have lost 17 lbs and feel stronger than I ever have..even at 48 :) Everyone is super friendly and encouraging. The instructors are knowledgeable and always provide modifications without me having to ask. I love how the workouts are completely different each time I come in. It is always a good and sweaty time.

I love being a member of TruHit Fitness! There is a good variety of class times, the owners and staff are all wonderful. Members get to know each other and are all supportive and encouraging. Classes are fun and challenging. Highly recommend!
