Jen was disgusting from the moment she answered the phone when I called with a couple questions, to the moment I sat at her desk to consider buying something from them.nnIf I had dealt with anyone else, I'm SURE the experience would have been normal. Jen needs to go. Such an ugly attitude usually comes with an attractive woman, this is not the case with Jen. She's just no good all the way around. Her behavior and condescending tone will never gain good reviews or repeat customers for this place.

Got my pickup from here and haven't had a problem with it at all! They work with everyone doesn't matter what your credit looks like.nRon is nice and goes out of his way to help you.

I cannot comment on BUYING a car from Traders, however, I can comment on having Dave in their Automotive Repair complete a repair for us. I have had THREE different mechanics, from three different states all try to fix the issue that Dave fixed for me today. He got it done when they all couldn't! He got right to the problem, fixed it quickly, and DIDN'T OVERCHARGE (who knew that was even possible!?) He is our new go-to-guy! I don't want word to get out too much though, because then it'll get tough to get in with him. haha

Ron is very unprofessional. Refused to answer any phone calls because he leaves threatening voicemails. Will also say he’s going to come and get his stuff 1 day after a payment is due. His stuff is way over priced and knows he can ask for that because he does in house financing and people will pay when they are in real need of a camper or vehicle. The camper he sold us swore up and down EVERYTHING worked, let me tell you 99% of the stuff on my trailer DIDN’T WORK. Found out not even a week into owning the camper did we have to replace the slide out wall. We paid $9,000 for a 2500 pickup gaser. After I bought and paid in full up front i stated that I believe some things were wrong with it he wanted to just throw it under the rug. Very pushy when we came into look at stuff. Saying it won’t be here long and it’s the best deal in the “nation” just to make a sale. The camper we got was there for over two weeks after we looked at it. If I wasn’t living temporarily in my camper I would just give it back. Not worth the $10,000 after taxes and everything almost $12-13K. Will NEVER do business here. All he cares about is how much money he’s got coming in. When doing the deal on both the truck and trailer they were wanting 800 a month for both. We had $10,000 to mess with. I told my husband let’s pay the truck off and than just have the camper less interest and whatever is left out of the money would go as a down payment on our camper, because all he cares about is money he didn’t want to grant me what I wanted with paying off the truck until his assistant said he was still getting all they money. After the deal was done we ended up getting a 5th wheel hitch from him also. The set-up had missing pieces. Stated he paid 1,800 for it and only used it twice. Swore everything was there found out that was wrong when we went to go get it installed. Very poor work ethics. Hope one day Karma catches up to him. For being in business for as long as he states he’s not BBB accredited.
