No one was in the store. 2 people working the counter. A woman came in and her order was really messed up. They couldn't get it right. I waited 6 minutes and no one waited on me or spoke to me. The young man working the counter had a nose ring with his mask below his nose.. gross! Very disappointed as I usually like subway. Not this store. March 28th, 5:30 pm
Despite being short staffed and in a huge hurry to make the lunch hour rush, they were kind, courteous, and thorough with their execution of a huge 5 sandwich order. I was super impressed with the way they conducted themselves in such a pinch, and would be doing them a huge disservice by not saying so.
Food is pretty good and everything is fresh.
The staff is friendly and the sandwiches were good.
Ordered take out, the Chicken bacon ranch MELT was not toasted, very cold chicken, unmelted cheese and the extra bacon that was paid for was nonexistent! The wrap that comes with double the meat had almost no steak and they forgot the cheese. We called and all they would do for us was tell us to drive the 15 minutes back and they would remake the sandwiches. All they could do was say sorry. Unacceptable! Make it right so we want to come back, that's just bad service! NEVER coming back!!
