Still the best stocked supermarket in Gloucester. The downside is that it is the busiest as well. So if there is something you must have and can deal with the crowd then go for it. If you prefer something a little less hectic try one of the others. Staff are consistently friendly and helpful.
My family and I have never been to a Market Basket before. We were on vacation in Gloucester. We were extremely impressed and pleased with everything, but especially their prepared foods. The variety was unprecedented for a grocery chain. We will be back all week!!
One of the better large supermarkets on Cape Ann. Conveniently located next to many other popular retail outlets in Gloucester Crossing.
I enjoy shopping at Market Basket. The employees are polite and friendly. I have often gone down an aisle where two or more are stocking shelves and they are singing along with the music ud83cudfb6 playing. If I need something that I can not find, they've always been more than happy to check in the store room for it. It's the best!
Grocery stores are always crazy but this market basket always seems like the flow of shoppers are courteous so it makes for a better shopping experience...the only thing wrong is the price of meat has sky rocketed soon the whole world will be vegetarians. The cashiers the deli the stockers there all kind people all willing to help or answer your questions!!! 4 stars because of the price of meat. Meat is a big issue in the world we live in!!!
