Absolutely the laziest mail delivery drivers. They will not even attempt to deliver your package. Don't expect much from these excuse makers, they dont accept responsibility for anything. Typical government agency!

Was sending a special package to a family member. It had tracking so I got an email that it was undeliverable. I could not get in touch with the family member because she was having severe health problems and was not answering her phone because she was in doctor's offices. I called the post office and explained my problem. He told me that he could keep it for 10 days and to give me a call when I found out what the correct address was and redeliver. He gave me several possible reasons that it might be wrong, ideas to track it down and was so very nice. It turns out that she was staying with friends so the address was not under her name and she had transposed the numbers on the street address. I called a friend of hers and got the last name of the people she was staying with then called the post office back. He found the name in their records and he spotted the incorrect number. It was delivered two hours later! I was frantic and he calmed me down and got it delivered. My husband said because of his patience and attitude he deserved 10 stars if we could!

My mail carrier doesn’t even deserve 1 star. She’s absolutely RUDE and too lazy to drive down my road and deliver my packages. She’s a freaking RURAL MAIL CARRIER for crying out loud! The rare occasion she does, she drives like a freaking crazy woman even though we’ve all asked her to slow down due to children living here. She’ll just drop packages in my driveway. She’s verbally attacked me because “these roads out here hurt her back” and that’s why she doesn’t want to drive down my road. She’s told my neighbor to F off when he’s told her to slow down. The postmaster has said there’s no reason for her not to come down my road and now I’ve been in contact multiple times with the acting supervisor, Brandy and NOTHING has changed. Horrible customer service and I’m taking it beyond the local post office.

Love everyone at the post office and it's always so clean. My carrier on the other hand is not nearly as impressive! She'll shove over sized package in my mailbox making them bent, torn and ruined even in some cases. When she actually does drop a box off at the house she will just chuck it at our patio table. She is rude and has no care in the world about her job. I would be giving 5 stars if it wasn't for her.
