We ate here for first time 2 weeks ago. It was so good we have been back 3 times since! Some of the best sauces I have ever had and very consistent smokey flavors in the brisket and pork. The chicken is something special too! My favorite place to eat in the valley.

Great Lunchtime Brisket sandwich and Mac n cheese. BBQ sauce was tasty, zingy, but not too spicy, and Brisket was cooked perfectly. Sandwich packed well and worth a couple bucks more than any cold deli sandwich in n the Valley.

Great food, but you never know what you are going to get with service. Half of the time I order over the phone, I give up because no one answers even when I call multiple times. The owners must either not care or not be involved in their business because there are persistent issues. Portion sizes are irregular. Sometimes bread is missing from my order. I've seen staff sitting in the dining room on their cell phones. The staff is always friendly at the counter, and I really do enjoy the food (I've eaten here maybe 20 times), but I'm so fed up with the inconsistency and difficulty making a phone call that I'll probably just go to Snow Bunny or McDonalds next time I want a quick bite.

Should have taken pictures of the plentiful beef ribs. We should up late maybe 20 minutes before close, so they had what they had at that late time. They were kind, they offered what they had, and threw in a little extra of the Texas toast and honey butter because what we wanted was sold out. I guess they're in is a good sign right? It was all sold out at the end of the day. Bottom line everything we ate was fabulous. I'm hesitating these days recommending places that I like, because they become inundated with travelers after. But I also feel for the local small businessman. So, here she is Smokey Bone, you please me and I'll be back.

The brisket and pulled pork is tonic! If food was medicine, this place would be a pharmacy!nnBummed out? Traveling made you exhausted? Had a stressful day? Had a great day and want to top it off with something even better? These are all actual situations that friends and I have talked about as reasons to go to the Smokey Bone barbecue in Hailey!nnColeslaw, delicious (and moist) homemade cornbread, a variety of sauces and giant delicious homemade baked cookies too.
