Buddy's Italian Restaurant

I love to eat at Buddy's. It has kind of a old town feel to it, but the food and service are outstanding. It is clean & pretty well kept for such an old building. Love the atmosphere & character of the business. Highly recommended!!!

Me and the family love this place. Great atmosphere, good service, and good people. I especially love buddy's supreme salad with grilled chicken, it's so so good. Sometimes though the prices are crazy. Here's an example, tonight we had a tiny kids bowl of plain noodles with a smidge of butter, it was $7, I added a picture to show I'm not exaggerating when I say it's small. With two kids that's $14 which is less food than my buddy's supreme salad with chicken and costs more. Plus my salad had veggies and chicken, the plain noodles cost more. I can't wrap my head around that. Maybe the noodles were homemade? We'll still be going back, just not ordering plain noodles.

I was starving and got the dinner size portion. Whoa, nelly! The garlicky salad is awesome, the meatballs were good sized and the marinara sauce was full of flavor. Came with antipasti and bread. I loved the little dish of spumoni ice cream at the end of the meal, also! Great service. The owner was there while I was eating and he asked how my meal was- it’s those little things that really matter, you know? Especially when you are eating alone.

Love this place! Can't beat the Salad. The spaghetti and meatballs is phenomenal, but The Chick's Special is my go to. Been coming to this restaurant since I was a kid and will keep coming!

But he's Italian restaurant is absolutely amazing!!! Atmosphere is lacking a little but the food makes up for it. They have the best cheesy garlic bread on planet earth! And if you enjoy a little kick of garlic don't miss out on the opportunity to have their salad. When I'm in Pocatello I always look for the opportunity to eat at Buddy's!!!
