What a nice pavilion next to a small skate park. We ate lunch there on our way to Lewis & Clark Caverns.

Great place to walk to around the paved asphalt loop.

It was fascinating learning about the challenges facing water quality in the Portneuf River Basin. I look forward to learning more about the actions being taken by the state, county, and municipalities to address the complex issues in this water shred.
