This was easily the most seamless and least stressful auto purchase I've ever done. Nick Holly was great to work with from start to finish. I typically dread working with a dealership, but the entire team was awesome. No games or tricks. He talked up front numbers and worked to make sure we were comfortable with the final figures. I will definitely go to Courtesy and Nick when I'm ready to purchase again.

We bought my 2015 Lincoln MKC from Loren Villano about 3 years ago! The buying process was a great experience! We live 3 1/2 hours away, we called in the morning and we had a fantastic car by that evening! Any time I’m back in Pocatello for a visit Loren gets my car in for service and alignment checks and makes sure my Lincoln is in tip top shape.nnOne thing that stands out over the last three years was a time I had to take my car in where I live. Some spark plugs needed to be changed before I could drive it to Pocatello. They were changed and a couple days later I headed to Poky for a visit. The entire way my car was acting up. I called Loren and he told me to bring it in as soon as I arrived in town. I took it in and explained what was happening. Loren had a rental car ready for me and kept my car so they could fix it. The next day he explained that the spark plugs were done wrong, so they replaced all of them free of charge AND had us reimbursed from the company where they were originally changed! I didn’t have to worry about a thing on our end! THAT is true customer care!nnLoren Villano is simply the best and we will definitely be back for our car buying and servicing needs!
