Just had my grandma buy a car from here. Not even 2 weeks after the transmission went out. A check engine light was present as well. The tire was flat before we got the car and we asked them to fix it before we got to the dealership. I asked them if they fixed or aired up the tire and they said that they did. I checked it and it was still flat and i had to remind them once again. These guys overall are super shady. Wouldn’t recommend a purchase from here. You’re better off going elsewhere.

I’m a single mom and moved here not knowing anyone. I went here to buy a car. They showed me paperwork of new rotors being done on it. Then told me that that was the only thing wrong with the car and they fixed it. No other proof of anything else. I test drove it for 30 minutes and decided to buy it trusting them. Soon as I went back to them to pay and started driving home lights showed up on my dash. Then my car started to shake really bad so I took it to a shop and they informed me the trani is bad. I called to speak with the owner and his response was “I don’t know what to tell you, I don’t have a crystal ball” I never leave a review ever but this man is sketchy. He cares about money for himself and that is it. His business should be shut down completely. I am extremely upset over this and at a lost on how I am going to get my kids to school thanks to this careless man. I could understand if you really didn’t know and if you couldn’t do anything about it but when I call being nice even though I am in tears and ask if there is anything he could do and his response is to be rude and Passive aggressive..it shows his true intentions as a person. Go somewhere else. You have better chances as using Craigslist than this man.

I would never go anywhere else for my used car or truck. This is my 2nd time. They are honest, reliable, fair and all around good people. This is the kind of business that Pocatello/ Chubuck folks are used to. Thank you Dwight!
