Great place to buy a vehicle! The truck that I bought was exactly how it was described on the ad that led me to purchase the vehicle. Robert was awesome to work with and always answered all the questions I had before purchasing the vehicle. He was even willing to come in on his day off just to accommodate to my schedule. Came up from Utah to make the purchase and don't regret it at all. These guys are great, highly recommend buying from Motor City. Met the owner and he was just as awesome to deal with as Robert was.

Reading other reviews it may seem odd that my own experience is so different, but maybe that could be attributed to which salesmen at Motor City you work with. My own experience was less than ideal to say the least. It was one full of dishonesty, and intentional intent to deceive.nnVehicle history was hidden: I had cash in hand for a $1400 dollar down payment, and luckily brought a friend who is far more vehicle savvy than myself. He noticed a new rear bumper, door, fender, and taillights. The vehicle had been wrecked, with airbag deployment, and this fact was kept hidden until they got called out on it. Carfax is worth the fee if you buy from this lot.nnEngine warning codes were cleared: I told them I wanted to have somebody scan the code while on my test drive. They told me they would scan it before my drive. They told me it was a tire pressure sensor. Went to get a second opinion, but they had cleared the code, therefore nobody else could diagnose the issue since no code was thrown. Noticed a strange inconsistent jitter in the acceleration. Pulled over to find it was a vacuum leak from a broken, and previously Gorilla Glued piece of tubing. THIS is what the code ACTUALLY indicating. This was purposely, and knowingly concealed.nnBullied into more expensive options: one day I was told that I was gauranteed by two different lenders, and the next I was told that they would prefer me in a car more than double the price of the one I was looking at. When I stayed firm on the cheaper option I was told I needed more cash down. Keep in mind, all this on a wrecked car that was throwing a code that they intentionally tried to conceal.nnDo your homework, and be wary of the used-car gimmick, when buying here.

Friendly and helpful. Clean vehicles. Seemed like fair prices. Arranged financing quickly and looked for the best rates.
