I am SUPER picky and the reason I chose Frontroom Couture was not only prices but because I could customize my dress. I struggled to get across exactly what I wanted but Melissa went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure I had my dream dress for my big day. I KNOW I haven't been the easiest to work with, she never stopped smiling and was always super kind and helpful. I work in the wedding industry myself and I've never seen a shop owner work for a client the way she has for me. I also want to add that I recommended this shop to TWO of my friends who bought their gowns here as well, and they both had fantastic experiences with no hitches at all.nnI will always recommend Frontroom Couture of Provo Metro.
I love the way Frontroom Couture does things- great price point, and they make dresses to your measurements so you won't need many alterations. They have a great variety of styles and love to chat about customizations. Marissa was really wonderful to work with, and the shop is literally in the front room of her home! Friendly, helpful, and she took photos of each dress for me. They have an SLC location as well!
Great experience! Affordable, friendly, customizable. Highly recommend.
