Family Dollar

This store is disorganized. Their freezer section is out and has been out for a long time. Corperate really needs to come and fix it. There is stuff everywhere. But the customer service is on point. Its also convient and a short drive for me. They do have carts unlike other family dollars so thats nice. They require a mask.

Great store n great prices. They have everything you could need. It's like a little super walmart.

Manager is the absolutely the worst manager that I have ever seen in my entire career of 35 years in retail. He does not know how to talk to anyone. I do not understand why he still employed!!!! I met several managers throughout family Dollars. I knew the district from 2 years ago that wanted me as a manager. I understand family Dollar is a bulk small box store. and sometimes things get a little confusing or frustrating, but it does not give a manager the right utilize the words he does. if you want to make sales you make the customer happy that's you make money. So I admit that I was off on the ad Price circular. $20 was the price I thought it was $15.99 on ad. Even though I was wrong it was going to be a whopping $3 difference. he expected me to drive home and then come back with a circular? I told him I will call your boss which was the boss of the area. Instead of being professional he told me I am his boss and to get it right!!! Fired fired fired immediately

We can find anything in the store for a great price.
