Great checker I'm sure that was true. Now, toward the end of February 2021, I want to mention a negative. I've been running into quite a few mismatches between the posted prices of specific items and the ring up/check out prices at register. This store seems for now to have become one in which you have to keep your eye of the charged amounts for various items and then occasionally proceed to object if you want to buy for a posted price instead of a divergent ring up charge.

Not sure this store realizes the pandemic isn’t over yet. I did not appreciate being rushed through the check out line. My groceries were not even bagged before they started checking out the next person, which, of course, packs multiple people together shoulder to shoulder in the check out line. There is no sanitizing happening between customers. And the distancing policies are not even remotely being enforced. Great stickers on the floor. Utterly useless.nnExtremely disappointing and dangerous. This is a grocery store folks. You’d think safety would be a priority.

I am rating the store at two as my overall experience with them tends to be fair to positive, however my most recent pickup experience was the biggest joke and worst retail experience I have ever experienced. I live in Santa Fe where customer service leaves a lot to be desired so this is saying a lot. This store is not dirty but not 100% clean. Selection and variety are fair +. Customer service is poor to fair. Grocery pickup is fair. The first order I picked up was absolutely perfect completely easy and everything was correct and good quality. Second pickup was the same however the last few times I have experienced issues. One issue was I was simply given cheap storebrand eggs when I paid for organic cage free eggs. I can live with that but my last experience was a complete joke. After waiting 30 minutes for my order and having to call back an order was brought out to me that was not mine. Completely different name. Then they brought out my order I went home in the dark and rain to find only 30-40% of my items were given to me. When I called to explain the situation and even let the manager know I was frustrated and to please not take it personal in any way she did not acknowledge my situation offered no apology or resolution she basically hung up and said to come in person the next day. This manager identified herself as Angela after about 10 times of me asking. Poor accuracy, poor customer service and complete lack of professionalism and desire to fix a problem. Definitely check for all your items before leaving and stick to morning weekdays or afternoon weekdays. Weekend crew does not seem to care about accuracy, timeliness, customer service or their customers. Grocery pickup is such a gift right now but this store is not operating at a consistent or acceptable level.

I use handicap parking but it does not save me many steps since you can only go in one way and out the other so no matter how close you park to an entrance or exit you still have to crutch your way across the parking lot at least 1 way. And dont park by the entrance late cause they close that off and you are still forced to hobble the distance of the parking lot. The ADA should be informed

8:45 am this morning the front doors would not open and a group of senior citizens were waiting in a semicircle in 19 degree temperature.nnI would not feel safe in a store literally locking the front door to prevent people entering and I was horrified that this essential service center would leave the elderly out in the elements for an indefinite time. No signs exposing the situation, no outside heating and certainly no outlines or direction as to forming a line.nnThis behavior or lack of goes beyond COVID. People waiting to get into your store are important and deserve to be treated with dignity and respect. Does the Governor have to mandate courtesy and thoughtfulness too or are you taking it out on seniors that you now must shoulder the added expense of testing your people every two weeks.nnSHAME ON YOUR STAFF PERSON WHO WAS ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE DOOR WHO SAW WHAT WAS HAPPENING AND COULD NOT COME OUT AND SPEAK WITH THE SENIORS!
