We were traveling and in a hurry so we ordered ahead on the app and chose a time approximately 10 minutes later. We arrived at the specified time and still had to wait 15 minutes more. At this point, using the app saved us NO time. They were busy so I was trying to be understanding but there's were people in the drive through that got there AFTER us and got their food BEFORE us. Finally, we got our food and they got most of the border wrong. We ordered extra bacon and didn't get it. We asked for no lettuce and got lettuce. We asked for pickles on a burger and we didn't get pickles. Overall, it was such a bad experience. I would have asked to talk to a manager but we were in a hurry and running late due to this Sonic taking an extra 15 minutes to make our food AFTER we had ordered ahead by 10 minutes.

Sonic usually is fast on drive through, I don't mind the wait ad long ad my order is correct. Except today they totally didn't get my order correct. Asked for 3chili cheese tots medium I got 3cheese tots small. Very disappointed. He even said my order back. Next time I'm not leaving till I check that everything is correct. Other than that, I love the specialty drinks you can make. All of it is great!!

If i could give 0 stars i would but yall need need to kbow thay have the worst service and the girl said omg because she does not know common sense so GET BETTER SERVICE

The order was fast and done correctly but when I payed in cash i didn't get my change. I waited 20minutes to see if they were coming out with and nothing.
