Well as for you saying it's not well man maintained well that's going to change I bet you haven't been passed in a while you can tell it is starting to get cleaned up and there is new maintenance maintenance office located there lot 16 on the Southside and it is also the headquarters of Jack of all trades yard handyman tree trimming Landscaping Etc office

Never lived there, but I heard the landlady isnt the nicest lol! &' I'm only doing this review bc it popped up on myy notification bar and I'm bored so I thought why not?! Lol don't let my opinion stop you from moving your mobile home to this trailer park! You could experience how it is and how the land lady is yourself!

Terrible park...huge problem with sewage from toilets draining into the lots and yards where kids would run and play... lived there 6 years and never once attempted to have any problems fixed with sewage, only unclogged and never taken care of....has cameras installed facin front doors watching who comes and goes.. really feels like invasion of privacy.. manager has done no fixing up on park since taken over...doesn't work with tenants at all. I went 3 weeks in December with no water cuz park line busted.. she refused to fix it and didn't care about my problem having no water running to my house... remind you we have kids in our home.. so I bought the piping glue and fixed the water myself which only took about thirty mins.. i showed manager receipts and took pictures and she refused to reimburse me for any of it.. and I believe would have probably not fixed it at all if not done myself.....manager does not follow rental laws and shows no concern or care for tenants staying in park..worst park I ever lived at...don't recommend to anybody would never stay there even if you paid me..
