Escondida Bridge Park

Small great place but no shade! They cut all the trees down. Not cool Mon!

Nice place to pull over and find a little shade and let your pups out. On the lake side to the north it is a well maintained fishing park, but on the south side of the bridge it was not very well cared for. It’s really nice by the river because out here in our primarily desert landscape water is very magical to be close to. Pitch your tent or pull over for a spell. There is a concrete picnic table underneath a big cottonwood. If you like to fish the lake is right across the street and it’s best just after the lake is stocked with trout and catfish from the state’s hatchery.
