I was having trouble with an insurance company after an auto accident. The driver of the other vehicle was at fault and received a citation for driver inattention. I receive a shoulder injury which later required surgery and complete replacement. David took care of the insurance company and I didn't need to respond to all of the questions asked by their agents. This guy's a thief he tried to charge my grandmother for expenses that they never did on there case only to bring his total up in the end. He's a fraudulent, and untrustworthy man. He charges 25 percent on your case. Jeffery Brown of albuquerque charges 20 percent and he is an outstanding lawyer when compared to David C Chavez there is no competition. Don't be fooled this law firm just wants to steal the money that is owed to you. Don't belive myou word, shop around you don't have to agree to him and don't be pressured by his bull.
