Been going to this gym for 2 years. Its pretty great. Old school gym, great staff, the only things I dont like are how close together everything is, and the lack of a better deadlift/Olympic lift area

I love this gym. The owners are so friendly and helpful with anything you may need. THEY SUPPORT OUR SCHOOLS AND ARE VERY INVOLVED IN OUR COMMUNITY. It's very clean and has so many classes to offer.. THE BEST GYM IN TOWN.. KEEP IT LOCAL

Enjoy the classes, clean in all areas, not sure what gym negative reviewers were rating, but it was not this gym that I attend 4-5 days a week. My best experience.
