Great place!!!

A great place to exercise, take a yoga class, use the sauna, hot tub, steam room and swimming pools. Friendly staff. Very well maintained and clean.

This is really a good facility for a small-town gym. A year ago, I would have given it 5 stars. But now, it's dangerous. Way too many people not wearing masks or wearing them improperly.

Excellent local gym in Taos! I have been in the fitness industry for over 25 years and High Altitude provides an excellent environment in which to train. I was visiting from out of state, loved the equipment, some new some old school, perfect mix of free weights, racks and machines. Excellent COVID precautions and the members I engaged with were extremely welcoming and focused, very motivating yet non-intimidating. I will definitely be back for a workout when I am back in Taos!

This is one of the best little local gyms I've ever visited. I came here twice on day passes and was impressed with the diversity of the equipment, the quality, and the pleasantness/personal feeling of the staff.nnIt's so hard for these local gyms to stay up to par with the standards the big box gyms and High Altitude Health & Fitness does a great job serving this little community of Taos/El Prado with local flavor and checks all the boxes on amenities/offerings.nnThank you for what you do High Altitude Health and Fitness, I hope you guys make it through this trying time of pandemic affecting all fitness establishments... I'll be looking forward to visiting again!!
