I just called to ask if any outages had been reported in my area since my electricity is out and I spoke to a dispatcher by the name of Stephanie who was as rude as a person can be. Unfortunately I'm stuck with these people. The only helpful employee is Amanda in the Pecos office.
They are the worst. Rude and lazy office staff. Automated everything so we deal with them as little as possible. However, make sure you check your bills and that your funds have been automatically withdrawn every month. Any time they can charge you for something they will. Oh, and make sure you keep very little perishable items in your fridge and freezer because the power is out ALL THE TIME.
