Palacio Café

The service is stunningly SLOW. It's not worth the wait.

We went here the morning after we arrived in Santa Fe. The servers were so friendly and the cafe has some beautiful and interesting art on the walls. The food was good and I recommend to anyone visiting...some of the best French toast we’ve ever had!

Nice outdoor seating, great coffee, we ordered the enchiladas and tamales. Food was amazing and the tamales were moist and tender. Loved that it came with a side of hominy. Worth every dollar, we were full all day.

I ordered smothered breakfast burrito and pancakes. Both were made to perfection. Burrito had a nice kick with green Chile and pancakes were fluffy.

Great service and even better food! Their hostesses/waitresses were all super nice and responsive. We sat outside with our dog, and they were all very nice to him as well. Their soup of the day (cream of mushroom) was super delicious, and I could tell it was all freshly made in the restaurant. Same with their jamaica/hibiscus agua fresca and their lemonade, no artificial flavoring. I got the smothered vegetarian breakfast burrito, and it was absolutely amazing!!
