Watrous Coffee House

What a wonderful surprise! I had an excellent double espresso, served up by a lovely, friendly young woman. This little coffee house is bright and cheerful, with beautiful art on the walls. We were traveling through, but I would have loved to stay awhile and read a book with my coffee. We will definitely stop in again.

Adorable and delicious coffee shop! So glad I stopped here on my way out amazing latte and would definitely recommend the strawberry croissant!

Leaving Santa Fe on our way to dodge city we had the best breakfast burrito here! Delicious baked goods in the glass case but you have to ask for the burritos because to be honest it was the best burrito I’ve ever had. Hot and fresh and totally delicious.

Easy on/off I-25. Great coffee and friendly service

We were weary, un-caffeinated and hungry. Luckily we stumbled upon this gem of a coffeehouse. Staff went above and beyond, great food and it has an absolutely adorable aesthetic. Very hip, but not in annoying way. Anyone and everyone needs to check this place out!
