Absolutely the worst!! I was a victim of fraud, several charges were made against my account. The money was refunded however, the hoops I’ve had to jump through to get a new card and new pin is ridiculous. Having to drive from taos to Santa Fe to get a new card...unacceptable the fact now that I’ve had to wait for two weeks for a new pin...ridiculous. Worst customer service ever!!

Another Taos business that can’t get it together. Called the bank three times to find out the documents I needed. No one can do anything except read a computer screen and have zero ability to answer a question that isn’t on the form.nnAppointments are being made due to COVID-19, yet you still wait. four staff are standing around at the entrance doing nothing, there is one customer in the bank. The bank is unable to receive emails or open an attachment if your email miraculously arrives.nnAn utter waste of my time to use this bank for a business account.

Great credit union with super friendly staff. Everyone here has always treated me with total respect. I've never been charged to cash a check. They notarize for free, even for nonmembers. Clean restrooms and free coffee.

No idea why this credit union has so many bad reviews. I love everything about Nusenda and I recommend it to people all the time. Everyone at this Taos branch has been incredibly friendly and helpful every single time I've come in, which is fairly often.
