Bought a hat that was embroidered by the store. They embroidered several hats with the same Josh Allen signature and #. The hat is too small so I went to return it only to be told that is was a custom item. This is not a custom item and is basically a shady tactic to force you into buying a “non-returnable” item. Be carful as they will not disclose this at the time of purchase.

Just got done shopping there about an hour ago. I got home and realized that I had gotten scammed. Every hat has their price underneath their brim and mine did too. But mine had an extra small sticker on top of the original price sticker that has the barcode on it and on the small sticker said 39.99 I assumed that was the original price and so I paid. so I get home and peel of the sticker and underneath it was the actual price of the hat 37.99 with the barcode name of the hat and everything. Shady dudes working there for sure. And I’ve been going there for 10 years. Not going there any more. Just be careful and make sure you are getting charged the right amount.

Called asked about a stitched Jersey and was told yes so I put it on hold. went down there and there was only 1 employee helping people on the floor and register so we waited 20min while they helped with indecisive customers.and then the Jersey ended up not even being stitched like they confirm on the phone when being place for held. Had nice sport items
