The owners are very friendly. I rented a storage unit from them for a few years and they are genuinely good people.
I have had no issues with the people running the storage units as they are extremely friendly and responsive. There are absolutely attempts of locks being cut, so I would highly suggest purchasing the heavy duty lock that they supply (maybe even 2). However, they DO have security cameras and when I called in to mention my lock had been messed with they assured me the criminal had been caught by their tapes and apprehended 20 mins after the incident. That's when I decided to buy one of their locks, in which her son went out of his way to drive from the east side of town to deliever it to me at my storage unit considering I live an hour away. I appreciated that. Overall happy but make sure to take precautions with GOOD locks
They work with me and are professional. Establishment has security cameras, is a great location and easy for me to get my trailer in and out.
