Every...every single time I pass through Salida on my way to another adventure, stop by to grab breakfast and a coffee. There are always great innovative daily specials and some good old reliable regular options. Stop! Tip Big! Have a great adventure! (I'd show you a pic, but I always seem to eat it all before I think about it!)

My husband and I made a pit stop in Salida while on our way south and came across this lovely surprise. The ingredients are all local and high quality (which we always opt for when available) and the food was delicious. Orders are placed at the food truck and there is outdoor seating on the side of the coffee shop. This is a hidden gem in an area that looked like it had a lot of chain restaurants. So glad we found it!

Stopped in on our way from Denver, and this is hands down one of the best breakfast sandwiches I’ve ever had! It was so good I had to go back to get another. Plus, the service was top notch! Will definitely be back.
