Have had an account for 6 months and they've always treated me great.
I love the service I get here
This is my second time in this Credit Union. Will never come back. First time the woman behind the counter gave me $800 more than I was withdrawing. I had her recount and she tried to give me $400 less than I was withdrawing. I finally had to count the amount out myself in front of her. This time, the woman couldn’t even look up from her computer to answer questions about the difference between cashiers checks and money orders. This CU should be booted from the Co-op network. Terrible.
The people here are wonderful. They go out of their way to help. In one case, I had deposited a check from a friend and that check was from a closed account--obvious accident--and the CSR from Mtn. River called me so as to notify my friend (and me) of the situation. She didn't have to do this but she did because they do care about their clients, whether shared branch clients or direct ones.
