We've rented a storage unit here since June. In this time the security gate has been down 2 times. The first time it took 6 weeks to repair. The second time it was driven through at Christmas and is still not repaired. This leaves very little security. Our storage unit was broken into within the last 2 weeks. Lock is still on the unit which is puzzling. Only my husband and I have the key. It makes me think someone had a lot of time to figure this out. Our Lock is loose and does appear tampered with but is not broken. The police officer reported there have been 4 recent break ins at this storage unit. My guess is there have been more as our lock is a common one purchased at home depot, and that people have not visited their storage unit to figure it out. I'm posting this to help other people and might be dealing with the same thing.

This place is fine but the prices KEEP GOING UP without any added value. ADD SOMETHING! Lights, later access than 10pm, a TOILET within 3 miles of the place?!?! or maybe a dumpster that people can actually use to throw unwanted items... (there is one, but its locked and ive only seen it empty). But something. My unit is PAID every month on time, costs more and more, yet i still have to stop, lock up, and drive 3 miles to pee... Lol

I've been using A-1 Access Storage for awhile now, and I have been nothing but impressed. The staff has always been super friendly and genuinely helpful. The units are clean and easy to access. Plus the location is great. Their pricing is really unbeatable compared to other storage facilities I've used. I would highly recommend A-1 Access Storage to anyone needing to storage their stuff. Seriously! You will be pleased! Thanks for the great service!

1 star is TOO much!!!!!!!!!!! This place is a joke! Not only did they repeatedly lock me out of my unit but then attempted to get me to give them CASH to get back in! All I wanted to do was to move my belongings OUT! My second time there I witnessed a unit being broken into during the middle of the day as well as units being lived in, used for mechanic shops(customers and all) and stolen vehicles being brought in and stripped! This is a dirty property with very unconcerned staff. My only recommendation about this place is DO NOT EVEN GO THERE!
