The ladies at the front desk are amazing, so helpful, and the unit was super clean also! I would highly recommend Northside Storage.
I know that my storage locker got broken into. Whoever did it, got my gate combination out of my wallet while I was hospitalized with meningitis. They made a copy of my key as well. Paraphernalia was left outside my locker and you gave me 72 hours to evacuate. I'd been a customer with your company for years. Very seldom with even a late payment and you wouldn't even hear me out. I was incredibly disappointed at the way I was treated
