Avoid at all costs! I called when a merchant violated the UCC in terms of our agreement and asked the bank not to pay the merchant who violated many laws in our agreement. They told me that I shouldn’t have tried to dispute this and that my debit card would be cancelled for six months for disputing “too many times”. I thought I could trust and count on my bank to defend me and enforce proper contract law and obligations. If you want a bank that sticks up for its customers, try a credit union!
