The owner promised there facility was a full gym. I paid upfront for their membership based on our conversation and their website. It's a night and day difference. Plus he didn't refund my $150.00. it may be an okay gym but nothing like the advertisement.

I have been going to Core Athletics since my sophomore year in high school. I can honestly say it’s changed my life in so many ways. I was never close to Raul until a couple years later but this guy is more than a trainer. He’s a friend and a great mentor athletes can look up to.nnThe training is very intense. He’ll try to break you through his workouts and you got to make sure you are able to take it. I personally don’t like trainers who are scared to tell me what I need to work on. Raul will tell me straight and make sure to tell me what I need to hear. His calisthenics training has helped me over the years. As I went to Oaks Christian (2014) I was awarded team MVP and defensive linemen of year for the Marmonte League. I was fortunate enough to get a scholarship to play football at Montana State University where I finished all league and Team Defense MVP. I wouldn’t be able to get these awards if Raul didn’t keep me in the best shape. His training will make you a lot more mobile, faster, in shape and you’ll see results if you’re faithful to the workouts. Going to Core Athletics has been the best experience in my life and I hope people will have the chance to experience it.

Awesome workout! My name is Quinn Salazar and I've been training at Core Athletics Academy with Raul for many years. I have nothing but praise for what the workouts have done for me. I play soccer and am in the twilight years of my playing days. Not only has the training helped with getting out there on Saturdays and kicking butt, but it's also helped me lead a healthy lifestyle when I step off the field. I highly recommend this gym, from the beginner to the young athlete who wants to someday turn pro. Thanks Raul & Core Athletics Academy.

For me Core athletics allowed me to take not only my body, but my mind to the next level when training. Raul pushes you both physically and mentally and without his help I would not be at the level that I am, playing with the Oxnard Guerreros. Every time I look in the mirror I see changes to my body that I never expected. If you are a young kid who has dreams of reaching the next level I highly recommend core athletics. Or even if you are someone who's trying to get in shape you should stop by as well because the training regimen will allow you to get in shape faster than what you could on your own. Raul is also someone who goes the extra mile to see you succeed. I picked up an injury recently and he has done treatment with me each and every day to get me back on the field. He is a busy man yet he still finds time to take care of his athletes. I have so much appreciation for Raul, and I wish I would've had the opportunity to start with him even sooner.
