Not easy.. and they are completely rude. Changed the code because they got broken into and didn't feel the need to inform anyone. You have to call, even days later while you pay them. I would go elsewhere.
I have never once been able to call in to pay my bill. They do not answer the phones and there is almost no customer service to speak of.
Every month I received late notices from this place trying to charge me late fees even though it was paid. theautomatically
The staff has been great to work with. They went out of their way to get us units together and work with us on getting into our units. Their move in special was great and the location is close for us. It was really clean and the security is great. We are very satisfied with this choice. These new owners are a credit to the neighborhood. Awesome!
The owner's reply is a lie. I looked at the clock and wrote this from my vehicle moments after it occurred. I made a reservation online and got an email from Zachary telling me I needed to get in there by a certain time to secure the unit I reserved. I was super sick, but drove down anyway. The guy who was locking up ten minutes early told me they didn't have the space I reserved and I'd have to pay more for a larger space. Instead I'm booking a space elsewhere and suggest you do too.
To the owner: He was locking up when I arrived at 2:50pm. I definitely wasn't there for more than 5 minutes. I asked if he could give me the same price on the larger unit. He said no. I told him I'd be leaving a bad review. He said that was fine. I also suggested you guys might want to switch online reservation services to which he replied, "Actually, it's a really good system."
