Very small gym, but it has all of the basics. It can be hard to get the free weights you need during busy hours as they don't have many sets to go around. The facilities are fairly clean and the staff has been very courteous. The shared aerobics room can get pretty full and some members seem to think it is OK to blast their music, so be prepared to deal with that. But really, for a small gym, it's pretty good and the price can't be beat.
This place is pretty great. For a decent workout you can't beat it. The temperature is comfortable and they keep the place pretty clean. The $10 a month is a steal. They even have workout classes now which is a perk but nothing I use. Monday's seem busiest so I try to avoid those evening hours. Speaking of hours they need to push back closing times especially on weekends.
I absolutely love In-Shape Fit, everyone on staff have been very nice and helpful. The gym is kept very clean and not crowed, the equipment is always available whenever I come to use the gym. I'm very happy with the gym. The young lady who works the front desk in the morning is so pleasant to everyone and makes you feel very welcomed.
I previously had given the club a poor rating due to their lack of customer service. I was contacted by corporate who addressed the issue. When I went in to my local club Brittany was courteous and knowledge and able to help resolve the initial problem.
In shape Sequoia mall location is closed. Members are welcome to go to the location at Mooney and Tulare.
