Really CROWDED! Single wide mobiles mostly some older RV's all crowded and it basically looked like you would sleep and hear your neighbor snoring. The manager wasn't on site even though it was during business hours and when I phoned the number listed on the door I reached the voice mail . I left a message and it's been 2 days but no call back. I'm actually glad tho bc I really wouldn't want to live there. I have a large dog and there isn't a yard at all not even a postage size stop of grass. Come to think of it I don't think there was any grass at this location. The residents seem very friendly and helpful tho so that was nice.

I have lived there for 2.5 years. It has its up and Downs but it's right on the water. It just went under new management and supposed to be a lot of changes coming. Good be good thing could be a bad thing will have to wait to see.

E Rio Vista RV Park and Resort is he friendly peaceful quiet kind of place porocel older people to just watch the river flow and the sunsets are amazing management she's on top of it she's only one person but she is dedicated fully hard to make it the best place for everyone and not just for a few very kind-hearted and willing to go that extra mile to help you in any way possible I've been here over a year and I've seen the changes have been part of the changes to help Rio Vista RV Park and Resort to be the best that it can be forever we're all brothers and sisters on Mother Earth

Great park. Great Location. I was visiting my daughter who lives at the park and I can't believe how it's grown and changed since my daughter moved in over a year ago.nnTo be honest I didn't want her to stay at that park because it had a shady reputation and it didn't feel safe and secure. I am so happy to see all the changes that have been made since Janice came on board. She is a delight and very personable. She has great insight and I like the things she's done. I feel that park has done a complete 180. Good work Janice. Great work Cascade/Rio VIsta Park

I drove through the Rio Vista RV Park the other day and I cannot believe the changes that have been made since I was by there last.nnI met Janice the manager and she was showing me around the place. She has some great ideas and I can't wait to get back by this was to see what Janice has implemented next.
