This is my first time using a meal prep service and I was not disappointed! I sought out a meal prep company that was nutritious and great tasting! After being diagnosed with breast cancer last summer I have been wanting to work on my nutrition and overall health. I put on some weight due to certain medications I had to be on and this is definitely is helping me mentally and physically! The portion sizes are great and I never feel hungry In between meals! The customer service has been great and they are able to substitute meals with red meat which I don’t eat with other delicious meals. Also, if you have not tried the breakfasts I would definitely recommend! They are some of my favorite meals!!!

Meal Prep Sunday San Diego are phenomenal!nLove that they don't charge a delivery fee for delivering my meals.nnThey are definitely saving me so much time for preparing and cooking meals for work. With this pandemic, they're helping me also save money since I don't need to drive to the store to buy groceries & also the money I would have to spent on actually cooking my own meals that aren't from them!nnTheir customer service is awesome !! ud83dudc4cnJosh was very helpful and was eager to answer all my questions I had for my order!nnPlease make sure to give then a TRY, especially since your 1st order will be 50% OFF your order!

Great prices, delicious food food and super great customer service. Everything has a ton of flavor and is seasoned really well, which is one of the biggest issues with most meal prep companies.nMy only complaint is that I'm on a lower fat diet and many of the meals I received don't fit my macros. However, the chicken ratatouille and chicken with chimichurri fit them perfectly and were also super good.nnI definitely recommend checking them out for delicious food that you can feel good about.

I started ordering from Meal Prep Sunday San Diego a few years ago when I was in the police academy. Now I work full time and I’m going to school full time so this not only helps me save time but also money. I’m not longer grocery shopping then sitting in long lines waiting to checkout and no more cooking. The hours I’m not working or in school is precious and this helps out a lot. The meals are constantly changing and are fresh and taste amazing. They also allow you to change out meals if you’re allergic or don’t like something. I always hated cooking chicken and reheating later because I was rubbery and tasteless and their chicken is juicy and flavorful. I would recommend anyone to try this even if just for a week. You can cancel and freeze at anytime. Not only the best decision I’ve made on helping with time management but also I’ve seen amazing results. Highly recommended!

Ive tried other meal services, but they all either have too high of a shipping cost or do not allow for meals to be customized to your caloric needs. Meal Prep Sunday both gives free shipping and meals to meet your needs. I’m very active throughout the week and the meals give me a healthy option with high protein. I recommend them for anyone who does not have time to cook, but wants to live a healthy lifestyle and avoid eating fast food. The meals are also tasty too!
