Unfortunately this is the only dominos close to my house I have gone there in person and watch the employees walk past the door while a line firms 6 or 7 deep before someone acknowledges where there to pick up. If you order for delivery there at your house quicker then you can place the order and drive there. Also I have received pasta many times without sauce on it. I've called to complain without being compensated Unfortunately no one there seems to care.
Unfriendly staff, poor quality food.nnIn an effort to contact the manager regarding the employee who got mad, hung up on me twice and cancelled my order (without a refund) for wanting to make a correction to the order. On my third call to find out if I could get a refund, a mean-spirited boy named Lincoln put me on hold for 25 min, then told me I was not allowed to speak to a manager.nnI would still like to speak to a manager to address the interaction with the store staff this evening, in addition, I would like to discuss what the employees told me about how the store manager does not care about his employees and how he will not help them no matter how many times they ask. They are very unhappy, which makes me understand their poor customer service.nnThere is something amiss at this location; abusive management? Disgruntled and miserable employees? No good.nnSteer clear from this location, nothing but sadness and disappointment here. Give your money to local pizza shops that care about their employees and are willing to strive for kindness in their customer service.nnBelow is a picture of what I was eventually sent - raw mushrooms sprinkled on a cold pepperoni pizza. This was my punishment from Lincoln for asking if I could speak with the real store manager about the employee who hung up on me. :(
We ordered the Alfredo sauce pizza with pepperoni and sausage. Very little sauce and really skimpy on the toppings. The best thing was the delivery. I expected more for $28.One of the worst pizzas I've had. Little Ceasars is better and that's not a good thing..
Don't go to this one stingy on the chz poor wknd mgt. Would rather lose a customer then correct an error on their behalf
Dominis has certainly stepped it up a notch or 2 with their pizzas and garlic know and their specialty chicken with burnt cheese drops... Very yummy
