Alex came within 2 hours for a non-emergency on a Saturday. Not only was he super professional and accommodating also gave me some home improvement DIY tips that were extremely helpful to add to my home security (and I'm pretty handy to begin with). Can't recommend highly enough.

Terrible experience with this company. Requested a call back after question regarding service and price. Did not receive call back yesterday like promised but did receive a customer feedback call today. Very rude, actually hung up on me and then someone else called back. again, so rude. Do not recommend.
I would not recommend these guys to ANYONE, not only do they change their prices on you out of the blue for a service you've previously received but you can refer as many people to them but when you need them they want to play games again with the prices and where and when the job needs to be done...Horrible...TRUE UNCLE TOM RIGHT THERE BOYS & GIRLS
