I highly recommend this excellent school in Vista. Mark and Martin are top-notch professors and have given personal attention to our now 6 year old. He has gained a great amount of core strength and confidence, invaluable for a boy with some special needs.
Awesome Jiu Jitsu school! Mark and Martin are wonderful coaches who are super knowledgeable in the sport. Multiple high level practitioners of all skill levels present. Wonderful place to learn how to defend yourself or get a good workout.
Have been training here for about a year with my 5 year old son. Professor Figueroa is a great instructor and is always willing to put in the time and extra effort to help you learn effective BJJ technique and enjoy the overall experience.nnWhatever your goal is - fitness, self defense, martial arts, etc. - I highly recommend training at Figueroa Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu... And if you’re not ready to commit yet, I believe they offer free trial classes now.
