For any type of workout you’re looking for, Odyssey Performance is your place! I love the fact that if I need a one on one training or a group setting to compete more, I can get both of those options here. The staff is super knowledgeable! I feel way more confident in myself since starting to workout here, I also love the environment that the staff has put together with all of their athletes. Would recommend this gym to beginners or experienced athletes.

Desean, is professional, kind and gives the kids a really good workout. Also, teaches them what they should be eating and what they should work on for the following week. The place is clean and gets sanitized at each use and has a roll-up door that he keeps up to keep the air flowing.

I love love this gym!! I am the type of person that bounces around from place to place because I like to challenge myself and I decided to try out Odyssey and I loved it.nFirst of all there is no judgement and the coach I worked with was hands on and helpful, made me feel welcome. It's also clean and well maintained! I saw people sanitizing things before they left and everyone is respectful.nI felt comfortable trying new things and pushing myself. I even PR'd with the help of Desean. Try it out. You won't regret it.

DeSean really works with each individual; focusing on proper form & working within your level to get you to the next level. Five stars for Coach Desean! Individual attention, accountability, results oriented program for serious athletes! Desean is engaging and communicates daily with athletes! Highly recommended!
