Sonce Electric

These guys used to be a sub contractor for egg solar which is now also out of business. They took months and months to complete the initial solar install. My wife was extremely upset when they left pee bottles in our front yard. We ended up contacting them for warranty issues a few years later (fissures in the panels, low production). They came out and noticed that the panels had fissures and allegedly wrote a letter to the panel company in China. The company never responded so I reached out to the panel company myself. They told me they needed readings from the panels in order to warranty them because they need to be operating below a designated threshold r replacement. So I forwarded the email to Sonce Electric hoping they would be able to perform the necessary task and come out and take readings. instead Sonce asked me for information from the inverters. After providing that information I did not hear from them again. After reaching out to Sonce Electric yet again, they will no longer provide any warranty service and are instead requesting I purchase new panels to replace the ones that may or may not have issues and which are still under warranty.nnElectrical conduit in attic is separating and is not to code. Lots of loose romex wires were left in the attic too, as part from a whole house fan I had them install.nnStay away unless you love headaches.
