I'll be coming back in a week or two so once I see the improvements I will have no issue changing my rating!nnI also forgot to mention that it's pretty sweet you guys have a security team with a temp reader, means alot for us to know nobody who enters the property won't have a fever at least.nnHope the transition goes smoothly and I hope we continue our progress to tier 3(orange tier) so you guys can stay open permanently!

Took my kids to Boomers for the first time since the pandemic. We were super glad to be back. We had a blast the services from Garrett and his staff was great. Good way to be out doors with the kids.

Best Boomers around. Do t expect a challenging mini golf experience. Most holes are just banking a ball off a wall or the hole is on a hill. Nothing too fun or fancy. Haven't tried the other areas yet.

It was kinda just a bad day over-all. The food was great. They said free Easter Event, but it wasn't free. And while waiting in line for bumper cars my daughter was hurt and paramedics came. We didn't get to go on any rides. Basically we went there ate and my daughter go hurt talked to the paramedics and left. It wasn't a great day. ud83dude15 so she got hurt standing on the railing with the other kids. She slipped fell and landed on her head. It could of happened to anyone. I don't blame boomers at all. Accidents happen, It just wasn't a very good day for us.

My kids love this place but the staff at the front are just terrible. The kids that work the rides and the young man at the front door taking temperatures was very sweet and polite- this review has nothing to do with them. The people at the front taking payments , including the manager, are just so rude and impatient -not willing to explain anything and they need to check their attitudes. Maybe THEY could take some advice and notes from the teenagers working here. This is not the first time I had an experience like this at this location. I've been in customer service and management 15+ years and I understand its not easy dealing with people , but it seems like there are absolutely no standards here for how they treat their customers! At least PRETEND like you can tolerate being at your job- they ARE paying you and I think someone else would gladly take your miserable place-in fact I sincerely hope they do. If they were my employees , I would not tolerate it at all. Just sad- what happened to customer service? My kids were excited about the Easter event advertised on your website- what a joke!! No one wanted to explain to me how it worked and I felt really embarrassed when the manager told me he didnt know how it worked and did not try to explain any further. Upper management: I hope you read this- you may not care, but im not coming back and I will share these sentiments with everyone I know.
