Horrible experience. Had 6pm appointment waited for over 20 minutes while 6:30 appointments were being helped. Rescheduled for the following Saturday and instead they scheduled me 2 weeks out.Only seems to help those that speak Spanish. Horrible customer service and communication. Do not recommend.

A friend told me about this place, I went and have them do my taxes. I’m very satisfied to encounter a very helpful staff and good vibes environment. I will be back next year for sure! Just waiting for my refund @ this time.Hope I get it soon ud83dudc4dud83dude4f

Very disappointed. Their website states, “ We offer accurate tax preparation services year-round.“ Yet they (Benjamin, specifically) made a mistake when filing my taxes. I would not recommend this place. You are better off looking for another tax preparer unless you want to risk some mistakes on your taxes. Their price is also a bit higher than what other tax preparers charge.
