I've been going here for about 3yrs besides last year due to moving to Nevada Las Vegas for a year but I'm back home and cant wait to go to my number one favorite tax spot in VISTA CA. The most I've ever had to wait is 5 min or less if there other customers..My girls love coming here due to the snacks n refreshments.. I forgot her name but she is the only older Lady that's been there forever...
She's a very special lady and she helped me a lot a whole lot I appreciate her a whole lot so if I could give her more than five stars I will thank you have a wonderful day
Worst tax season. Worst experience! Worst customer service! Go to anyone but them!
I have been coming to this office since 2004 and have ALWAYS had the best experience. Nawshaba did my tax filing this year and found every possible deduction to give me the BEST REFUND for my 2019 return. Loyalty goes a long way, and they always remember me by name. Highly recommended
