I love going to pool for me it’s perfect best pool in Sacramento they keep at great temperature I’ve been going since 2016 and will keep going until I can thank you YMCA
This location is very old but the pool is clean and it has all the equipment I need. The staff is very friendly and always helpful. Deserving of a 5 star review. Not very many locations in Sac with a pool, this is the main reason I use this gym.
My son has a membership here and goes here twice a week. Every time I pick him up I park in the loading zone in front for no more than 5 minutes to pick him up and leave. Every time the same employee comes out and tells me to move my car. Unless I am mistaken I can sit in my car in the loading zone to pick up someone with a membership. Today he told me to move while there were cars in front of me and in back of me. Anyway the place smells like a musty basement and I might start taking my son somewhere with a little more class.
Baby swim class is always cancelling every week so they have the last of our $40! We request that we wanted our money back, they never refunded our money! You better off at another gym
A rather dated YMCA with a unique set up. Obviously it’s an old-school cardiovascular room with weight machines OK yet fairly small for a large cities such as Sacramento. Freeway downstairs is most certainly dated in need of several updates. OK pool area and locker rooms with towel service for a small fee. Great customer service and they really do fairly well for the space they have.
