I was so nervous to try Pilates. My anxiety made me cry at the thought of doing this “alone”.nnMaria took the time with me to get me comfortable with how the studio works and connected me with a great private lesson instructor.nnMy first lesson was with Heather. She walked me through everything multiple times, was very patient and never pushed me more than I was comfortable with.. mentally or physically.nnIf you are new or experienced, this studio has the personal touch YOU NEED!nnTry it! Trust me. You will love it.

Have been coming here for about a month and have loved every class I've taken! The studio is so nice and relaxing and has such a great energy. And all the teachers are so nice and knowledgeable. Pilates is my new obsession, so much more fun to me than yoga!ud83dude0a Also have seen their massage therapist Jenn a couple times and she is magical! Always feel so great after a class or massage and am really noticing a difference in my core strength and improved flexibility.ud83dudc4d

Great instructors, really nice studio, and tough classes! I tried them via class pass and it took a few classes to get the hang of it, but the tone classes are really challenging, not too long (I get bored easily) and you definitely see results.

This place is a gift! It is a gift to my body, to soul and to my mind. The space is beautiful. It feels like a retreat every time I enter it. It is so clean, esthetically pleasing and Maria the owner has thought of the client's every need, from the most delicious water (for real), to hair ties, to super cute clothing (that is a need). Now the instructors, they are all so amazing!!! Each is so special and so different. You never ever get the same class twice, not even from the same instructor. They are all brilliant, very caring, extraordinarily safe and alignment centered. I love each and every one of them. I have been attending since July, I started with the twice a week membership and I am now at an unlimited and will never change. My body has completely changed on the inside, which has changed me as a person as well. I have walked into other pilates studios in the area and walked right back out. I walked into Humani and have never left, that is how awesome this place is.

Simply the best Pilates studio!nSuper professional, friendly and knowledgable staff. The pilates classes are the best i've ever had and they also have an amazing bodywork specialist. I highly recommend that place.
