Great place for novice and experienced lifters alike. Incredible group environment.
I started a home workout program that included some olympic lifts. After straining my back trying on my own, I called Ben for some training. He taught me to power clean in no time at all and I was able to continue with my program. I def. recommend him as great fitness coach!
If you want to get strong come here! One of the best weightlifting gym around
Nice gym,friendly community, Ben is a great coach with great experience and knowledge, he spends a lot of time helping new members! If u wanna get better, stronger this is the place in sac !
